"Still my favorite hotel downtown, all around the best. The staff is world class and very talented. The bar staff really take care of you and make you feel comfortable. The room was comfy and overall clean. I will say that they need to work on the carpets, maybe remove them and switch to hard flooring. The surrounding businesses are a bit loud at times, but wasn’t really a problem. There are lots of places to eat and really close to venues and museums, definitely a great location. Parking is expensive if you park nearby. The hotel does offer valet at a reasonable price but I don’t like anyone driving my vehicles. Overall I rate this hotel 5 stars and excellent!! Will definitely stay there again. Thank you!!!"
