No one was there to respond to the door when I came from a long delayed trip tired and exhausted!!! It was about 2 am. I got a callback 38 minutes later when I was on my way to another hotel. The lady was apologetic. Don’t get me wrong, I would still go but will make sure I call ahead of time.

This is our third time staying at the Stanton House, and it never disappoints. The hotel is luxurious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The location is convenient, and the attention to detail makes every stay feel special. It has definitely become our go-to place in El Paso.

Pleasant stay, there was no availability for dinner even though multiple tables were empty. We sat at the bar for dinner and drinks, service was slow. Valet was slow. Room was clean.
