The 6km trail takes about 2 hours, leading to the Malaiesti Chalet at 1720m. Enjoy a moment of rest, have lunch, and soak in the beautiful views. Then, choose a medium or difficult hike to the top plateau at 2000m, offering panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Look out for Edelweiss, Rhododendrons, and fascinating fauna like black goats.

9:00 am - Meet at Brasov and depart for Rasnov (40-minute scenic drive) 9:40 am - Arrive at Rasnov, alt. 1000m, and begin the hike through the glacial valley of Malaiesti 11:40 am - Reach the Malaiesti Chalet at 1720m, enjoy a moment of rest, and have a delicious lunch 12:30 pm - Choose between a medium or difficult hike to the top plateau at 2000m 3:30 pm - Arrive at the top plateau and marvel at the panoramic views of the surrounding peaks 4:00 pm - Rest and keep an eye out for beautiful and fascinating flora and fauna along the way 4:30 pm - Start descending from the top plateau 6:00 pm - Return to Rasnov 7:00 pm - Arrive back in Brasov, concluding the hiking adventure Please note that the timings are approximate and can vary based on the pace of the group and other factors.
