Visit to the olive grove where the physiological characteristics of olive trees and the history of the olive tree in the Mediterranean will be explained, learning about its role.
Visit to the oil mill where the stages of olive processing and how extraction takes place will be explained, with a view to the circular economy.
Guided oil tasting where you will learn to recognise EVO oil through the senses of taste and smell.
Convivial moment where some traditional foods enhanced by extra virgin olive oil will be tasted.
The guided tasting takes place outdoors and includes various types of EVO oil. Then the following foods will be tasted in combination with the extra virgin olive oil: bread, seasonal fruits and vegetables, potatoes, culurgiones or coccoi prenas, casu ascedu, and desserts.
