Flow with me! We will move, breath, meditate, and practice self care face rituals together. In a secret spot just seconds away from Mikri Vigla beach, in between the cedar trees and the unique rocky scenery you will experience a wellness session created out of my love for movement and self care rituals. A synergy of different practices brought together connecting breath and movement to improve mobility and bring balance between body & mind. Continued by a workshop based on Face Yoga & Gua sha using simple tools and organic oils out of Naxian herbs, for a natural face lift and radiant glowing skin. A very grounding and relaxing ritual that you can easily practice in your daily life. See you soon Vasiliki
