Know before you book

  • Children 2 and younger are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult.
  • You must be able to walk at a leisurely pace for approximately 1.5miles (2km), and be able to climb and descend stairs.
  • An additional surcharge of US 45USD for international travellers are payable in cash on the day of your activity.
  • Return transport is available from most centrally located Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya Hotels. You will confirm your exact pickup time with the local tour operator.

Samuel and Ismael Were very knowledgeable of the history and the culture. They were really friendly and outgoing. They answered all the questions that we had and provided bug spray for $15. Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes it could rain at any time so bring ponchos or an umbrella.

Wonderful tour with a very knowledgeable tour guide who made sure that everyone heard, saw and understood the wonders he was showing us … this is a must do adventure…. Buses were clean and new, the driver was excellent.

First off chichen itza is amazing but dusty don't wear white shoes also the cinote is beautiful and perfect to cool down in the food was horrible we couldn't eat it and our meeting point was in the worst roughest area in town

Excellent tour! Our guide Samuel was very knowledgeable and welcoming and our driver Carlos got us there and back safely and in record time. The cenote was absolutely gorgeous, Chichen Itzá took our breath away and the stop at Valladolid was a nice finishing touch (get the churros, just do it) only comment was a 30-minute late pickup and relatively limited time at Valladolid. You definitely get your moneys worth with this Chichén Itzá tour, no doubt.
