What you can expect

This e-bike tour lets you discover the rural charm of Gioia del Colle and taste one of its most iconic products: fresh mozzarella. Ride through quiet backroads surrounded by olive groves and vineyards as your local guide shares insights about farming life, cheese culture and local history.

You'll arrive at a traditional caseificio (cheese farm) where you'll watch a live mozzarella-making demonstration. See the milk turn into pasta filata and then into delicious mozzarella balls or burrata — all handmade before your eyes.
