"The location is excellent. The bed was super soft. The only issue was the heater, which didn't seem to be working. We called reception, but no one picked up the phone. It was the end of the year so we were expected to find a few staff. But over all it was good."

"This is the most charming boutique hotel. The location is excellent! The room was spacious enough however I do not care for automatic lights going on in the bathroom. I like to control the lights myself, and not be blinded. The big con is that there is no lift so be prepared to carry your suitcases ..."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaints i have is that this hotel dosent look or feel like a 4 star hotel. The staff and the service and attention they gave were 4 star but the hotel is maybe a 3 star."
