Nice place but no air conditioning. It was hot outside and hotter inside. No ventilation in the hallways. The room had a narrow little window, but no way to get the air to move. They did provide fans which helped a little. Very close to Glatbrugg rail stop (train, tram and bus) so was easy to get to Downtown Zurich, the airport, and other places. The little restaurant on the 7th floor was good but minimal selections.

It’s self service but communication is pretty good. If you need to check in early you might pay a fee. It was pretty clean. Walking distance to restaurants and Glattbrugg train station. But NO AC in the middle of summer was harsh!!!

The room is quite stuffy despite the AC being on and the elevators are dirty with garbage inside. There is no black out curtain so the light filters in through the beige curtain. The staff did provide me with an adapter upon my request but the customer service response is spotty since I asked to change my room and they did not send me a payment link to move to another room. The shower usually runs suddenly hot and cold and there is no room luggage storage. There is however a laundry room for guests to do laundry for free. Train is noisy throughout the night but is close to the train station.

Great place to stay while travelling. We loved how easy the check-in process was, which was just an email with the code to our apartment. Rooms were clean, bathroom was large, and we enjoyed having a kitchenette with a coffee machine also. The free laundry service was really helpful. Tried out the gym as well, very small but good if you are only staying for a couple of days.

We rented two rooms, my daughter's room was clean and ok. Ours had a stained couch, stained carpet, and a horrible smell. The check in was a nightmare, they never sent me the mail requesting my id, and when we got there we could not come in, had no idea how. We contacted Expedia but they are so very slow in responding. Finally we spoke to a guest who let us in and told us to go to the restaurant to seek help. The bar tender was the only person I found helpful, and he lent us the phone to speak to customer service. It still took another hour for customer service to send the entry codes. While we were doing this one guest who had the same problem, just left and booked something else, and we saw at least 4 or 5 persons during our stay that had the same problem. The staff was very rude for the checkout as communication is painfully slow to resolve any concerns or issues that may arise. The concept is good, the location is within walking distance of a train station and public transport. But my experience was not the best in this location, had better luck with Airbn in terms of service and price. It is a pricey stay for this bad service.

This place was literally 2 minutes away from the train and about 4 from the bus. It was convenient and gorgeous. I wish there had been someone on site but i got used to it in no time. Would definitely stay there again on my nect trip! Very affordable and close to airport.

Too hot inside and there was no air conditioning in one room and the cooling system wasn’t working properly no parking spot so our car was towed cause was parked outside for couple of hours and we had to pay 700 Swiss Frank

Nice property, needs 24/7 management
Room was nice and spacious with comfortable beds. The AC was working but did not cool the room down to the set temperature. The shower had a leak and no extra towels could be provided to mop it up. Overall it was a nice property but would want proper amenities/access to housekeeping before staying again.

If you’re planning on a quick in/out this could work. Although expensive for what you get. No AC. Building so hot. Windows do not open. Feels more like a glorified hostel. Zero parking anywhere around d there. No drop off unloading zone. That would have been helpful

This room was tiny, so if you have a lot of luggage it might not work for you but it did have a kitchenette which was great for us. Very close to the train. Not sure they actually have AC so would not recommend during a warm spell. Otherwise quite affordable and I’d stay again!

The room was very small and hot. It would not cool down even with the thermostat being at the lowest temperature and you couldn’t open the window. You also couldn’t shut the blinds or drapes when the sun was beating in. Everything is self-serve and there is no one around to help you when you have questions. When you did happen to run into someone on the staff, they weren’t super friendly or welcoming. I did like that it was very close to the train and tram, and it did feel safe. And there are a few restaurants that are close enough to walk to and are open late in the area so we had options the night we arrived late. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillow was flat and there was only one per person. There is no privacy for the toilet or shower because the doors are see-through. Overall, it was ok, but so far, my least favorite hotel on my trip. I don’t think I’d choose to stay here again. It wasn’t too expensive so I guess you just get what you pay for.
