Typical room in Switzerland - simple and functional. The small refrigerator was convenient to have, plus there is a market down the street. The Tram stop is just down the street as well.

The apartment was a good layout and the beds very comfy. There is no a/c which isn't that uncommon but it was very hot during our visit in July. The curtains are very light and don't block any light so the room stays bright. The location is excellent for transportation and walking to beautiful parks. There is also a grocery store right across the street which is very handy.

Got the key okay. Has world's smallest elevator - which was broken on the day I arrived, so had to get luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The room was in the roof, so 1/3 of the space was angled and not much use! Skylights only, which when opened just let all the noise in. Door into apartment opened directly onto stairs that lead up to the room, so steep that if I stood on the bottom step the keyhole was below my knee - I had to crouch to lock the door! TV only had Netflix but wasn't told whether this was included or extra, so didn't use it - nowhere to plug TV aerial cable in. But it was right by tram stop, grocery store (Coop), was clean, had bare essentials, bed was a little on the short side as I'm 6ft but comfortable. As a place just to sleep & cook/microwave basic meal, it is acceptable.

管理者の応対は大変良かったが、週一のルームクリーニングの際備品に不足したものがあった。それまであったバスマットが消え、食器洗い用のスポンジが消えた。そのことを管理者に伝えるのがめんどうだったのでそのままスルーした。そのことがなければ最良の評価だった。でも、もう一度利用したい気持ちは有る。その時は、こちらもコミュニュケーション能力を高めておきたい。

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del tranvía y un supermercado Coop. Es tranquilo, aunque si los de arriba hacen ruido de noche se oye bastante. La cubertería y vasos son los justos para las personas que se alojan, obligando a lavar varias veces al día. Tuve un problema con un plato y quise comunicarlo al personal, pero no lo pude hacer porque no parecían entender bien el inglés.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt über ein paar Nächte in verkehrstechnisch guter Lage. Straßenbahn und Bus vor der Tür, ebenso ein Supermarkt. Fahrzeit mit der Tram vom/zum Hauptbahnhof ca. 13 Minuten. Sauberkeit war gegeben. Das Bett war niedrig, aber ziemlich bequem. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt gerade durchschnittlich, was für den Preis aber völlig in Ordnung ist. Es war immerhin alles da und hat funktioniert! Ich kann die Seefeld Residenz für Kurztrips nach Zürich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
