We missed the tunnel connecting the airport to the hotel. It was a bit of a walk with luggage outside. Otherwise, no complaints. Beds comfortable and very quiet.

Not easy to find. Poorly signposted. But convenient if you can find it as it is located at the airport. For a 4 star hotel, the restaurant was not fancy at all, indeed quite disappointing with a lot of pizzas and not a single Swiss specialty on the menu.

It was wonderful to be able to walk from the airport to the hotel, have an amazing dinner on site in the Filini restaurant and then be within walkable distance of the train station. The room was comfortable, the perfect ending to a busy day. Thank you!

There is construction in the train station so indoor access to the hotel is difficult. Signs show the way around the construction. January 2025. Otherwise our favorite place to stay prior to a morning flight.

Not inside the terminal.
We were arriving late and departing early and the Radisson is advertised as inside directly connected to arrivals. Unfortunately the arrows take you outside and it is a long walk when wearing just a jacket and the temperature is below zero. Glad we didn't have bags and the signage could route through the connected terminals. Or the hotel could offer better directions. Other shuttles are just outside the arrivals door so alternatives would have been easy and were cheaper.
