The air in the room doesn’t move much volume, which makes the room not really get colder. They also only provided 2 full size towels, even though we had reserved a double queen with 4 people. Overall, the hotel and room were suitable, but some basic details were lacking.

Good all rounder
Hotel was a decent all rounder. Shuttle bus was a fantastic service and helped us so much going back and forth to airport which has a mall and train station there. Requested a travel cot on the booking but had to ask again for one to be provided. Bathroom was grubby and aged lots of watermarks discolouration and limescale and bath not cleaned well. Rest of room immaculate beds cosy. Staff very helpful the free chocolate hour was cute especially if you have kids.
