The staff were exvellent. They made me feel welcome, and the lady from Croatia went above and beyond to help with wifi connections. The breakfast manager and cleaning staff were mist helpful, too. 5 stars to them all!

I really enjoyed my time here and the property was adequate for the purposes of my stay. The hotel room was clean and the staff were friendly. It is very well located and is close to a tram hub in Wiedikon or alternatively Wiedikon train station, allowing easy access to the rest of Zürich (which is within walking distance regardless and I mostly chose to walk in the morning). The area around the hotel itself is quiet and felt very safe. My only complaint is the lack of AC, which, as my trip took place during the summer, was inconvenient. A fan was provided, which was good enough for falling asleep.

Pretty good value for money and central location. WiFi strength was excellent and good range of tv channels. Shower pressure was strong, and extra pillow and a kettle was provided. No air con but a fan was provided. Only reasons I’ve not rated 5 star was the light coloured curtains let all the light in, the bedding wasn’t soft, actually quite rough and the building work (of which there was no mention) was really irritating with banging starting at 0700!

Better than Anticipated!
Very clean and comfortable. No AC but there is a fan in the room. Little cafe and bar in the lobby. Great service. Shared bathroom was easier than expected. Area around the hotel is a little quiet without many restaurants or cafes but pretty river walk and easy to get everywhere.

Impressed!
Shared bathrooms and toilets are super clean. Our room had a sink to brush and drink water. The triple room had space for 3 suitcases. The room had a fan which enabled us to sleep ok in 30deg c. The reception helped with lending adaptors to charge our devices. They have lemon water ready to provide relief on hot days. I would definately go again. This hotel has all the important parts of a comfortable stay.
