Great spot to stay in Zurich. Very friendly and attentive staff. The included breakfast (if you arrange for it) is a great value. Delicious buffet and you also have menu options. Staff in restaurant are excellent. Safe and pleasant walking to lots of shops. The train station nearby has an excellent Christmas market if you are visiting during the season.

This hotel is located just across the river from the train station. The adjacent area is Zürich’s main dining district and is not seedy at all as areas tend to be around train stations. There is shopping nearby on both sides of the river. We were more than happy with our room. In terms of safety, cleanliness and convenience, this hotel is hard to beat.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We booked the suite with river view and was worried about the noise but had zero problems with it at all. The hotel is centrally located near the main train station (which you must check out for the shopping/dining underground), near a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff were accommodating, kind and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned daily and fridge was stocked often. The only complaint I have is the getting out of the bathtub in the suites. It’s quite a step down and I can see someone losing their balance and it being a safety concern. They could add a handle or add a step there. My mom is older and it was a lot getting her in and out of the tub. Other than that it was an incredible stay!

Room very small, I know in Switzerland A/C is not USUALLY needed but we visited during a summer heatwave and no A/C made it quite miserable. Had to sleep with the window open and 2 oscollating fans that did not do the trick and with the windows open we heard every siren and horn honking for a 10 mile radius. If youre visiting in summer make sure you get a hotel with A/C. Especially if you're visiting from Texas where you are used to A/C.

We dined at the restaurant each night and staff were great. Good food and entertainment. We couldn't turn the heat down in the room and need to request a fan for the night. The Internet speed was terrible and if you needed to work, there was consistent dropping out and minimal connection. After talking with reception, I had to work from Starbucks across the road. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.
