My wife and I stayed for two days and found the hotel to be clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel is a very short walk from the main train station which makes it easy to access any part of the city or country.

Fantastic hotel very close to Zurich HB - once I got into the place, everything was wonderful, but the staff was very dismissive of me at the start which I have seen in other reviews. They seemed to try and make up for their rudeness the rest of the trip. But the room was lovely, breakfast good and very convenient location.

Older hotel with very small lobby but the location was fantastic-could walk everywhere I wanted to go. Right by the main bus station. The older couple who run the hotel are very helpful and friendly!

Super convenient location, 3 min walk from the main train station. Very vintage feel to the hotel, rooms have not been updated, but still has everything you might need! Including AC unit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included, plentiful bread with assorted jam, cheeses, hard boiled egg and coffee or tea. We enjoyed our stay!

Highly recommend Perfect location . 5-7 min walk from the train station and sity center. Breakfast was very nice and generous . Room and hotel looks pretty small but very convenient, stylish with plenty nice details. It has everything you needs. The room has a small refrigerator and an air-condition that is quite unique here. Staff was very nice and welcoming. We will keep only the best memory about our stay in Arlett

Expected much more from Swiss hotel
I expected much more from a hotel in Switzerland. Hotel is outdated everything is old and used. They need to renew it. Location is very good near train station and other interesting landmarks. Free breakfast is not a buffet but you get plate with few pieces of bread, butter, marmalade and cheese. People at the reception are very kind.

Highly recommended, all the staff are nice and approachable, breakfast served is very good with freshly baked bread and the best hot chocolate drink, near groceries, the central train station and tram is 5 minutes walk, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and bars. Clean and well maintained room with very good air conditioning system.
