Bei der tollen Wohnung ist auch das Wetter egal, obwohl wir im April den typischen Mix hatten. Schnell am Strand, im Restaurant oder einfach gemütlich vor dem Kamin.

Die FeWo ist top ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Kurze Wege überall hin. Das Auto kann getrost stehen bleiben, wenn man Zingst erkunden möchte. Wir kommen sehr gerne immer wieder.

Von Sonnenschein bis Sturm war alles vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung war angemessen und hatte eine gute Lage für unsere Belange. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr durchdachtes Interieur- ankommen und Urlaub. Im Falle Regenwetter kommt keine Langeweile auf: ob vorhandene Gesellschaftsspiele oder die 3 Fernsehgeräte. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist hervorragend: kleines technisches Problem organisierte er aus der Ferne mit dem Hausmeister vor Ort und innerhalb weniger Stunden war es behoben. Wir empfehlen zu 100% !

Komfortable Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist ca. einem halben Kilometer Entfernung vom Strand entfernt. Sie hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche und eine große Terrasse. Die Schlafzimmer- zwei gibt es - befinden sich eine Etage höher, wo auch eines von zwei Bädern mit Duschkabine gelegen ist. Wir waren mit der Ausstattung zufrieden, manche hätten vielleicht mangelnden Platz im Bad bemängelt. Abgesehen von solchen Details, kann man die Wohnung aber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! 😁

Es war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war toll und Zingst immer eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage. Einziges Manko -> ein abgeschlossener Abstellraum/Schuppen für Bollerwagen/Fahrräder fehlt Das hochtragen des Bollerwagen in die Wohnung ist auf Dauer nicht schön.

Gut ausgestattete und solide Wohnung
Hallo Herr Fischer. Wir (2 Erwachsene mit Kind) haben diese Wohnung für einen Sommerurlaub gebucht. Küche bietet alles nötige an Utensilien was man braucht. Toll ist das der wohnraum großzügig geschnitten ist so dass man sich frei bewegen kann. Schlafräume sind super. Sie haben genug Stauraum. Das Doppelbett allerdings könnte neue und dickere matten vertragen. Ich bin kein Freund von dünnen Matratzen. Ein weiteres Plus sind die zwei Bäder. Wobei man an die Fenster im oberen Bad nur schwer rankommt. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und City. Weiteres Plus ist dass schon Handtücher und Bettwäsche im Preis vorhanden waren. Wäsche waschen kann man vor Ort am Parkplatz in einem Schuppen. Allerdings ist es eine Waschmaschine mit Bezahlfunktion. Darüber hinaus hat die ihre beste Zeit schon hinter sich. Hier sollte aufjedenfall eine modernere her die auch die Zeit anzeigt und energetisch und umweltfreundlicher ist her. Die Tür zum Waschraum ist defekt. Hatte mich erschrocken als diese mir entgegen kam. Das obere Scharnier hält die Tür nicht mehr. Als wir in Objekt kamen haben die Reinigungskräftige die Kissen der Couch halbherzig aufgeschüttelt. So lohnt sich gleich ein Blick hinter die Kissen und leider haben wir drei Socken vom Vormieter gefunden. Das Dachfenster vom kleinen Schlafzimmer hat leider keine Kindersicherung. Hier sollte nachgerüstet werden da die Kids da auch mal schnell aufs Fensterbrett klettern können. Fazit: + Küche hat alles nötige + größer Wohnraum + kurze Wege zum Strand und City + zwei Bäder + Großer Balkon + Schlafzimmer hat viel Stauraum + Wlan + 2 TV's - uralte Waschmaschine mit Bezahlfunktion - gefundene Socken vom Vormieter hinter Sofakissen - viel Dreck unter der couch - Doppelbett kann neue matratzen vertragen - defekte Waschmaschinenraumtür - Dachfenster im kleinen Schlafzimmer fehlt Kindersicherung Viel Positives aber auch Dinge die man verändern könnte. Ist aber auch nur mein persönlicher Eindruck. Jeder hat andere Präferenzen. Insgesamt aber waren wir zufrieden mit der tollen Wohnung. Viele Grüße Familie Waese
