You want to escape the stress of everyday life? Then you are right with us, we offer you a comfortable apartment for an unforgettable holiday.

Our apartment 'at the old red beech' is located on the first floor, is 54 square meters and is located in the heart of Zingst.
The very well maintained apartment for 1-3 persons leaves nothing to be desired. In the bright, friendly living / dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a comfortable seating area with a pull-out sofa bed. TV, DVD player and stereo are of course available. The living / dining area is followed by a large south and west-facing balcony with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy both the morning and the evening sun.
The bedroom has a 1.80 m wide double bed with back-friendly mattresses.
The bright bathroom with window is equipped with shower, sink, toilet, urinal and washing machine. Furthermore, you will find a small storage room. All windows are equipped with mosquito protection roller blinds and shutters.
You have the option to park your car right outside the front door on the apartment's own parking lot. If you bring bicycles, you can put them in the bike house.

Einfach wunderbar!
Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit in Zingst verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt ideal zwischen Seebrücke und Hafen und die Innenstadt mit allen wichtigen Geschäften und Restaurants ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und hat alles, was man für die Urlaubszeit braucht. Der geräumige Balkon lädt bei schönem Wetter zum Verweilen ein.

Schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Lage im Ort ist ausgezeichnet. Kurzer Weg zum Bäcker. Strand und Hafen mit kurzem Fussweg schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Zentral zwischen Strand, Hafen und Geschäften gelegen, trotzdem total ruhig. Fürs Putzen einer "besenreinen" 2,5 Zimmerwohnung 80,00€ zu verlangen ist allerdings Wucher - Stundenlohn der Putzfrau 40,00€!?!

Sehr saubere Wohnung in toller Lage
Wir haben die Wohnung für 1 Woche gebucht. Die Lage ist super in unmittelbarer Lage zum Zentrum von Zingst. Trotzdem ist es eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles bestens. Lediglich die Kontaktaufnahme beim Check In und Check Out gestaltete sich ein wenig problematisch. Kein persönlicher Kontakt, alles telefonisch bzw. Whatsapp.

Wundervoll
wir haben eine wunderschöne, gemütliche Wohnung angetroffen. Sie liegt sehr zentral ohne dass Verkehr oder Besucheransturm stören. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Eine Wohnung zum wohlfühlen. Schnell ist man nach einem kurzen Spaziergang über die Strandstrasse an der Ostsee. Wir haben mehrmals am Abend dort die Sonne in einem Strandkorb bei einem Glas Wein genossen. Wir können jederzeit die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung . Die Lage zum Strand und in das Zentrum von Zingst per Fuß in 5 min ist optimal. Die Wohnräume sind groß und ansprechend. Sehr negativ war die Hausmeisterin Frau Bentz. Unhöflich und nicht hilfsbereit.Sie verlangte Geld , wenn wir ihre Hilfe beanspruchen. Nur der Eigentümer selbst konnte unsere Probleme klären. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war ausreichend. Die Kosten von 80 € für die Sauberkeit daher unverschämt.

Fazit zur Miete der Ferienwohnung
Gut, aber für was brauche ich eine Agentur, die 100 € kassiert..das Geld kann man auch anderweitig überweisen...der Betrag der Endreinigung war eindeutig zu teuer, zumal man eh fast alles selber am Ende zu machen hat..wir haben die Wohnung verlassen wie vorgefunden..lediglich ev.einmal durchwischen war noch zu erledigen

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage mit Fahrradschuppen, den wir aber kaum genutzt haben, da vor der Haustür Fahrradbügel zum Anschließen stehen. Bäcker, Restaurants und andere Geschäfte sind in fußläufiger Nähe. Der Weg zum Strand ist auch nicht weit. Die Betten sind bequem. Alles super!

Sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung in Top Lage von Zingst. Gebucht haben wir über das Portal Fe Wo-direkt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist nett und zuvorkommend. Leider kommt der Erstkontakt mit dem Vermieter erst zustande, wenn man bei Fe Wo-Direkt verbindlich gebucht hat. Die Bearbeitungsgebühr von Fe Wo-direkt ist unverschämmt hoch.Sonstige Leistungen von Fe Wo sind gleich null. Es handelt sich eher um eine Vermitlungsgebühr. Achtung! bei dem Portal Fewo-direkt.

Eine wirklich schöne, sonnendurchflutete Wohnung
Die Wohnung hält wirklich alles, was in der Anzeige angekündigt wurde. Die Ausstattung modern, mit allem, was man für einen, auch etwas längeren, Urlaub benötigt. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Lage ist perfekt, zentral aber doch sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und auch mit der Verwaltung vor Ort unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir werden für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt gerne auf dieses Angebot zurückgreifen.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt: die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dabei super sauber. Außerdem sehr funktional, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt im Ortskern und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Es sind jeweils 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Meer und zum Hafen am Bodden. Besser gehts nicht!

Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit alles perfekt. Im Schlafzimmer wäre ein sog. "stummer Diener" und im Bad eine Türgarderobe noch angenehm. Macht aber an der gesamtbewertung nichts aus. Diese Wohnung ist grandios.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben eine sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Es gab im ganzen Urlaub nichts über die Wohnung, Gastronomie oder sonstiges zu meckern. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
