Hike the Swiss National Park or experience the cross-country trails along the Inn River, enjoy local Engadine specialties or explore the ski area at Motta Naluns and unwind at Engadin Bad Scuol with its mineral water baths. The typical Engadin train station with direct connections to Zernez (13 min.) Scuol (17 min.) and Klosters (24 min.) is in the immediate vicinity, ideal for excursions in the area and a journey by train. A varied offer that is second to none!

The apartment is located directly on the Plazza Gronda - the main square in Lavin - and is nevertheless very quiet thanks to the bypass road. The Hotel Piz Linard with restaurant and known for the exciting cultural offer, is only a stone's throw away, as well as the Volg grocery store and the famous bakery Giacometti for fine fresh rolls or a typical Engadine nut cake is only a minute's walk away.
From the underground parking you can reach the apartment via elevator or stairs. The apartment has a cozy living room with fireplace, the heart of the apartment, with open dining area and access to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an oversized pine bed (180 x 210 cm). A good night's sleep is guaranteed here! The second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything it needs for a relaxing vacation. A dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and also toaster are available for our guests.
