Wonderful stay
Such a fantastic place to stay. Nothing to fault. The staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms have all the facilities you could think of and very comfortable. Just across the train station too. Regret not staying for longer.

The apartment was very nice and modern and clean. The breakfast was good and the spa and the yoga class were great. Wonderful spa. Overall an amazing choice in zermatt!!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in an equally stunning location. So convenient to the train station and to the Gornergrat mountain rail. Very clean room and excellent amenities in the room and facility. Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely return. Very helpful and friendly staff to guide us in the right direction around Zermatt.

Perfect Place - 100% Recommend
Very great stay. The staff was very friendly, the room/apartment I had was spacious and well equipped and the washer and dryer in my room was very useful. The breakfast was also wonderful. The location was extremely convenient. A quick three minute walk from the train station, the bus picks up right at the end of the road and the cog train is also at the end of the road. This literally made everything in Zermatt available to me with just a quick walk.

Première fois que je séjournais au Schloss Hotel, mais certainement pas la dernière. Le personnel est très sympathique, les chambres sont magnifiques, la literie est confortable et le spa et la salle de sport d'une taille adéquate. Les cours de yoga et pilates étaient superbes. Tout est très bien entretenu, le petit déjeuner est succulent. Bref, tout s'est merveilleusement bien passé. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe.
