Zarautz has everything to enjoy a few well-deserved days of rest and disconnection. It has a lot of surfing, the longest beach in Gipuzkoa, trails and nature walks among txakolí vineyards, it has gastronomy, led by the Argiñano family, with its restaurant and bakery nearby, lively streets and an exceptional market with local products. It has culture, heritage, history... Endless activities. And all this in this house strategically located in a quiet area of the town next to the highway toll.
Indamendi is a neighborhood that has everything, from its large balconies you can see the sports area with its athletics track, large parks for the recreation of the little ones, school, fire station, ITV, nursery, supermarket, cafeteria, bars... in a house that has a garage, undoubtedly a very precious asset in Zarautz, and thus not worry about the problem of parking, although you will have a tight space that may require maneuvering.
The fact of being located near the motorway toll makes it a strategic place to move around the Basque Country, and thus cover the entire nearby coast and San Sebastián, which is just 20 minutes away by car, although there is also the option of moving by bus or train, since Zarautz is well connected to move to different parts of the Basque Country.
