Good location. Pleasant and efficient service. Very clean and comfortable with good size rooms. Room decor a bit traditional rather than modern.
Lack of cafeteria.
After a brief stopover it was good to be back at the hotel for two nights to explore Zaragoza before flying home. The hotel is well placed for walking from the bus/train station and for visiting the key sights of the city. Although the rooms are a bit old fashioned, the hotel is clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was a good temperature. We had a room at the front overlooking the road so there was some traffic noise, but nothing too bad. We tried out the air conditioning when we arrived but found it blowing warm air (a bit early in the year for air conditioning I guess) but reception helpfully gave us a remote control so we could change the settings to a comfortable temperature for when it got a bit hot in the night. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, booking us a taxi for our departure to the airport. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast on both mornings, which offered a good variety of food and drinks. We very much enjoyed our visit to Zaragoza and would certainly stay at the Cesaraugusta again.
Amazing staff and lovely location. I believe due to building constraints, our room was only access through stairs and a labyrinth. Beds were Very hard, air con very noisy and were not able to open the window as an alternative as the smell of frying from a nearby restaurant was too strong
The reception was very good. The room was larger than most hotels we stayed in Europe. The bathroom was clean and updated. The hallways and lobby had marble floors. The location was fine for us as we enjoy walking. We would stay there again.
Good value, friendly staff and easy walk to centre
Good location about 10mins walk to the heart of the city although there are plenty of bars , restaurants and shops close to the hotel. We chose it based on price and the fact that it had underground parking that wasnt too expensive (12 Euros) . Bedroom was a large one bed apartment with lounge area, open plan kitchen. Couldnt ask for more....great value, friendly staff and would definitely stay here again
Nice friendly staff. Coral who speaks English works at the front desk was gracious showing us places to eat and how to get Great location and good value
Excellent find for independent 60yo independent ca
Aussie driving Ford Focus found this an ideal location. Just out of the centre. 20 minutes walk to basilica and palace (opposite direction) but it's a flat, easy amble. Parking under the hotel is tight so suggest larger car would present difficulty. Hotel circa 1985 with some rents. We found it very generous in proportion. Opening double glazed windows as well as AC which in Room 86, worked like a charm. We paid an extra 10 euros for each night car parking but it was still very affordable. We would always do as the locals do and breakfast late at a pastry shop, so would never contemplate paying 7euro for the on site breakfast..anyway there is a great f and v within 30 meters, and a DIOS which is like an IGA. We were very pleased to have a quiet hotel, with an extra little desk area so lap top could be easily set up away from bed area. You can pay a lot more to stay closer, but this is so easy to drive to, from Tarragona and easy out to San Sebastian. Being that bit further away reduced driver stress enormously.
