The only nice thing about this hotel is the location it’s on the center of the plaza and you can just walk around no need to drive because there’s no parking or parking in the streets are putty hectic.

The affordable prices , Very kind humble recepcionistas And all people that stay there they respect the rules of the Hotel, The Hotel it’s a historical peace of :Zapotlan el Grande that was the old name of the town now The name is : Ciudad Guzmán.!

The hotel looked nice- almost like an hacienda vibe. However, the room was smaller than expected, and the front door was see-through and a curtain was used for more privacy. The location is in the middle of the centro which was convenient but right next door was a cantina so a lot people were coming in and out which made it noisy and hard to sleep

Unacceptable to not have blankets on the bed. Bed had only one sheet to cover with. Front desk had no extra blankets for us to use. Middle of the night we thought about removing curtains to get some covers because We couldn't sleep for being cold. We got to a point to shiver. Also the room had only A/C. Terrible night

Hotel Zaplotlan Publicidad engañosa Ofrecen una Suit Junior con Jacuzzi para dos personas y en realidad es para una persona, la succión del jacuzzi se le cae la tapa , y tuve un accidente con el dedo de mi mano, ofrecen una cama Queen y en realidad es una matrimonial, No tienen cobijas hay que solicitarla en recepción, y solo tenemos derecho a una, solicite una extra y me la negaron, el espejo de vanidad del baño defectuoso, la recepcionista poco amable, el cuarto que nos dieron está hasta la parte de atrás del hotel, y en un tercer piso, nadie se ofreció a llevar las maletas, los ruidos de trabajos de carpintería y otros desde muy temprano, la llegada, tuve que dejar el carro en un estacionamiento cercano hasta saber dónde me hiba a estacionar, cuando por fin llegué al estacionamiento estaba la puerta bloqueada por otro auto, cuando llame nuevamente a la recepcionista para indicarle la situación, me comentó que no me podía abrir la puerta si hiba peatonal, nuevamente la recepcionista poco amable, otro detalle la caldera, está justo abajo dos pisos abajo de la habitación que nos asignaron, en fin dos días que hiban a ser para descanso se convirtieron en dos días de terror, Dudo mucho que en mi vida me vuelva a hospedar en este hotel.
