Dear guest, Than you for your review, we are very glad you liked your stay with us. Unfortunately we still don't have an elevator, but are working on it and should have it very soon. Our maid refills the toilet paper every day when cleaning your apartment and our guests can ask for extra toilet paper any time at the reception so sorry to hear that you didn't have enough during your stay.
