We stayed at one of their suite on the rooftop. Great views of the Cathedral and The Buffa. Great location in Historical Downtown, walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Hotel was clean and charming. Breakfast was complimentary - service a bit slow but food was great

A older hotel across the street Plaza Hidalgo. Within walking distance to restaurants, museums and markets. I didn't have a balcony but enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Beautiful view of a Serro de la Buffa. A hilltop with the cable car 🚡 station and Patrocino church. Very beautiful view in the evening.

El hotel es muy bonito, pero el personal (sobre todo en recepción, turno nocturno) deja mucho que desear, no son nada amables. Ofrecen desayuno incluido pero ofrecen huevo todos los dias. Tambien dicen que cuentan con estacionamiento pero no es asi, solo tienen unos espacios sobre la.valle y un "convenio" con un estacionamiento que te cobran entre $80 y $100. Pero no es estacionamiento del hotel.

Buen hotel, chiquito pero está bien, 2 cosas que no estuvieron bien es que dicen que tienen estacionamiento pero no, tienen un convenio con uno pero te lo cobran a parte y los horarios podrían no acomodarse. Otra cosa es que no hubo agua caliente en la habitación que nos tocó, tiene muy buena hubicacion y el costo es bueno.

Todo bien, respetaron lo que publican pero lo unico malo es que no hay estacionamiento y el dia que llegamos cerraron la calle x un evento, tal vez advertir al cliente que habrá ese tipo contratiempo para analizar si quedarse ahí o no.
