Very disappointed
First of all the room number written on the card was wrong & after the 3rd time going to the office she realized she wrote the wrong room number down. We were so hot from waiting outside & going back & forth to the office & our food for cold & the room was like a sauna. We went to the pool while the room cooled down & the pool was so dirty & had a dead bird floating in it which had been there a while because it was very decomposed. So we got out immediately & scooped the bird out with a piece of palm tree. The WiFi didn't work in the room so I got no work done on my laptop & the service in the room was so bad I had to go outside to make or receive calls. I don't know if it was just our room location or what. The towels were dirty, one had what looked like makeup all over it and one had some kind of black dirt and was ripped. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the breakfast was not as bad as I expected after everything else and the room itself was alright. I chose this hotel because it had a better rating than others and the pool cuz my brother in law has autism and swimming is one of his favorite things to do so it was all he could talk about the week before & he doesn't talk much normally. Sadly he wouldn't swim either because of the state of the pool but he did sit on a tube they had there but held his back and legs out of the water the whole time. So not being able to do anything was a major let down. I probably would've had better luck at a $50 or $60 a night hotel.
