My hotel experience
Breakfast is good. My room had a refrigerator and microwave that I needed. The office chair and sofa in my room were full of stains and had an old smell. The staff was pleasant.

I had an unexpected overnight stay in Yuma and found Quality Inn through Expedia. The facilities were clean, as well as my room, and I slept great! In the morning we enjoyed our continental breakfast before hitting the road - a great stay for a great price!

Horrible costumer service and extra charges
The manager and the cashier were both incredibly disrespectul and treated both my son and I rudely. On top of that, they charged me twice the amount I asked for. I am still trying to get my money back and although they acknowledge that the charge is unwanted, they refuse to give me back my money. I have to fix this through my bank as they want to keep my money. I do not reccomend this hotel at all, watch your pockets.

This is an older property and repairs/improvements continue. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is clean. I like that the older properties have large, spacious rooms. Convenient to many restaurants.

Not any USB ports. Hole in the wall where the door banged into it and there was a dog next door. That having been said, overall, a good value for the money.
