We had a problem with our TV. Guy from office came right down and helped us with it. Also thought I was getting a pet friendly room but wasn't on my reservation. We did get a pet friendly room though. Expedia should have that option on the reservation. Overall loved the room!

We had a traveling group and booked 4 rooms. It was so comfortable to visit in the parking lot with our lawn chairs We walked next door to the Puerta Vallarta restaurant and it was just fantastic food and service.

Smooth friendly checkin. Comfortable bed with soft linens. Room and bathroom have been nicely renovated and were super Clean. Very quiet even though it's close to the highway. Easy access from hwy and plenty of parking. Nice free continental breakfast available in the morning with something fir evryone. We had a perfect stay and will stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this Super 8. Our room was clean and in good condition. The premesis was clean, quiet and felt safe. Management was kind and friendly with a smile. They cleaned and restocked our room in the morning, which I really appreciated. Breakfast is located in the small office with a waffle maker and cereal, so eating is done in room, which is fine. Also there is a very good breakfast restaurant nearby. Overall I was very satisfied with our stay and my family will stay there again next time.

Very good price and value. I recommend to always call any hotel you stay at if you are arriving late. I called to let them know I was arriving very late at 2:00am. I did have to wait a short wait when I rang the bell, but the staff was very friendly and nice. Our room was on the second floor and it was pretty quiet. We appreciated that they had small shampoo bottles, lotions, and soap bars. Breakfast was bare minimum but with hot waffles offered, but for the price, you can’t beat it. Room was clean and spacious. Everything worked well.

Our room was old, run down, musty smelling and there were ants all over the place. From the ac unit to the bathroom to the vanity. So many ants.
