Great newly renovated house in Ypsi
It was great for our family trip. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own queen size bed. It was nice to have 2 full baths for our group 6 people. Great location with easy access to Eastern Michigan University and the University of Michigan.

Great house, great location!
This property was more than expected. Great kitchen for cooking with lots of cookware, dishes, utensils... anything you need! Beds are very comfortable. The place was very nice, very clean. I will definitely consider this house on my next trip to Ypsilanti!

Great place
This house worked great for us. Jevit kindly let us arrive early and was prompt and courteous. All the beds are memory foam. The bathroom counters are high, which my husband loved, but if you are bringing kiddos, a step stool would be wise. There is an keurig in the kitchen if you want to bring your own pods; there were plenty provided too. Everything you we needed was there—plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, etc. We’d stay again.

Perfect stay!
The house is even nicer in person. It had plenty of space, comfortable beds, great amenities, quiet neighborhood, good parking. The location is very convenient to everything! The owner was extremely responsive to questions and flexible with our check-in time. It was a perfect place for me and my family to stay for a wedding and will definitely rent again when we are in Michigan!

Quiet neighborhood getaway
We were in town to visit my daughter and son in law that live in Yipsilanti. This was a great place to stay. We had plenty of room to hang out and visit. It was cheaper than a hotel and we were able to be together without cramming into one hotel room. The property was clean and the description was spot on. The kitchen had a good variety of dishes and cooking supplies. There were plenty of towels and linens. The bedrooms were spacious. The only issue we had was the beds were a little soft for our taste, but that's a matter of personal preference.

A group of 8 family members stayed here for our son’s wedding. We were only a few miles from the venue (Cobblestone Farm) and in a quiet neighborhood. This home was perfect. It had everything we needed.

Very comfortable and great location for our family. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space. Kitchen had all the cooking utensils and pots/pans you could ever need. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property. House was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of parking , plenty of towels, plenty of room Host communication was wonderful. No issues. Really cute porch - wish we had more time to enjoy. We stayed for UM commencement. Drive was easy. No hairdryer which was unexpected but thankfully my daughter brought hers

Great home away from home!
This was home was perfect for our Easter visit to see our son and a few of his friends in Ann Arbor. Jevit was quick with his responses to our needs and accommodated an early check in! So close to everything we needed to do outside of the home. Lots of room and a great layout! Thank you! Would definitely recommend!
