Well, this was an interesting stay. First I was given a room that somebody else was already in. Luckily they were coming out of the room as I arrived. So I had to get another room. Later that night when we returned from dinner, there were a bunch of kids running the hallways and after we got to the room to unwind someone kept knocking on the door. We thought it was the kids but the person kept knocking and knocking. Eventually they said something to the effect of if we didn’t open the door then they were coming in, this was our last chance. So i reluctantly opened the door and it was the lady from the front desk. I'm not exactly sure what she wanted but she took a few steps into the room and then left. The hallway did smell like smoke, maybe she thought we were smoking in the room, I can assure you, we were not and didn’t appreciate her actions but I guess she has a job to do. Also, the door in the back of the building never seemed to actually lock as not once did i need to use my room key for access. The property is clean and the rooms are nice. The breakfast is better than most. Without the couple of hiccups this would've been a great place to stay. Highly recommend Springfield Grille across the street.

So they changed the pool hours, yeah its only a hour shorter from 10pm to 9pm, but i got in late and went to dinner, got back to hotel and it was five minutes to 9 we asked if maybe we can just go in to the hot tub for a little and she said no. What a bunmer. Then i had to dry my clothes, went down with quarters, well that all changed, you have to use your card to pay for it and the machine wouldnt take any cards so went to front desk and she said you have to call the number on the machine for help. Its 9:30 pm iam not calling anyone and having to wait or be told they will have it fixed tomorrow, i needed it that night. So i think the hotel should be responsible for their washer and dryer not a outside company. My opion though.

It was ok.

Hotel was adequate. Front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. Toilet and chair in bedroom were made for people who are 5 feet or less. Low to the floor and not comfortable.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. It was too dirty to use! Even the shower was not clean enough to use! I was totally disappointed and very sad at the dilapidated condition of the pool and rooms. Don’t advertise something that is unusable!!!!

Check in was normal except I had to sign a document confirming occupancy which I have never been required to sign before at any other hotel. The hot water in the bathroom did not stay hot and took a very long time to warm up. The floor above had children that kept jumping off the bed to the floor and when we complained the front desk told us there was nothing they could do until after 10 pm. Even though it sounded like the floor was going to collapse. It kept my children up way past their bedtime. Housekeeping came very quick when we asked for additional towels, however they had us put the dirty towels outside the room door so they could be counted and swapped out. They must experience a lot of theft. Overall our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beds were comfortable.
