Cozy Container Cabin is located in an upscale community of eco-chic modern mountain retreats called The Nest at Brannon Ridge Reserve. Community amenities include a pool (seasonally open), hot tub (seasonally open), fitness center, fire pit, picnic pavilion, and community walking trail. Convenient access to Blairsville and Murphy for all of your needs like grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants.

A coded lockbox is next to the door. Access code with be provided the day of check-in. Guest is responsible for maintaining the key and returning it to the lockbox.

Additional rules- After booking an email will be sent with digital links to information that must be provided in order to stay at Cozy Container Cabin. Failure to provide this information within 48 hours of check in will result in cancellation of booking and forfeiture of any booking fees

•Maximum overnight occupancy is 2 people. Violators will be immediately evicted from the property with no refunds.
•Guests are responsible for returning the key to the key-box after their check-out. A lost key fee of $200 will be charged if it is not returned.
•This guesthouse shares close proximity to the main house on the same property. Guests must respect the privacy of the occupants of that home.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the deck. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Please respect COVID-19 social distancing.
NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. There is a $500 fine if you violate this policy.
Noise disturbances will not be tolerated and will result in you vacating the premises. All guests must comply with Union County noise ordinance sent to them in advance and posted in the home.
• Maximum of one dog under 50 pounds is welcome. Owners are responsible for the dog's behavior and will be assessed for any damages. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times while outside.
• Community pool and hot tub are open seasonally and weather dependent, from May - October. Pool is not heated. Hot tub is controlled via tablet inside the pool house.
