Unfortunately I was not told the pool was closed when I made my reservation and was texted in the day I was travelling there. . I had to drive in -30 weather to a pool across the city. It was most inconvenient with a 5 year old to look after.

I liked that stores & restaurants were in walking distance but it snowed so that wasn’t an option. The wifi wasn’t working at all, if it did it stopped and was a lost connection. Wifi was not good all weekend. My son got a new PS5 and he couldn’t even play it. We asked about the wifi and all the front desk person did was check the wifi and it was a low connection and left. Nothing further. Other then the wifi which should have been provided as stated it was a great stay for our visit.

It seems like the floor and ceilings are not well insulated because a person can hear people above walking around and it makes it very hard to sleep. Also, the hot tub has no railings to get in and out of it. That’s kind of dangerous.. The breakfast was fantastic and there’s always fresh coffee in the lobby. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
