We ended up on the 1st floor which happens to be where all the pets are. It made for a rough nights sleep after a long wedding. Pretty noisy overall, there was an issue with a drunk during my stay too. It was clean and the room was nice but overall it was okay at best.

The room was nicer than I thought it was going to be and the bed was perfect. Bath towels are great and it had a nice TV. Hall and stair well was a little dirty and dated but the room was great.

I chose the Wyndham hotel because it had strong ratings for cleanliness. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. My bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned. The bathtub was grimey. And when I opened the fold-out bed I found old sheets from the previous guest with countless strands of hair on them. I had to request new sheets but by then my trust in the entire establishment was broken. Breakfast was revolting. The baked goods were beyond disgusting and it was hard to discern what we were actually eating. The slimy, canned fruit was very disappointing. Also, bacon is the most disgusting, offensive meat in the universe, despised by multiple cultures. Why serve bacon as the main breakfast option? Its smell was pungent and nauseating. And why not use real eggs instead of powdered eggs? They have absolutely no flavor and the texture doesn't resemble normal food. Since when did it become OK for a hotel to use the same tactics as a fast-food restaurant? Here's an idea—increase your rates by an extra three dollars and serve real eggs, please. We are real human beings and we deserve real food. But here's the positive: it's a nice hotel and the grounds are beautiful. The lobby is nice, the WiFi is very fast. There's a clean pool. The staff are super nice. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Overall, the rates are reasonable so I guess I would recommend this hotel but I encourage you to check your room for cleanliness and maybe make alternate plans for breakfast.

We stayed here overnight while on our way back from dropping my daughter off at VT. I have to say that I am quite surprised by the “8.2” customer rating. The pictures on Hotels.com are EXTREMELY deceptive as nothing looked as great as they made the property to seem. The hallways looked quite rundown and the carpet was pretty dirty. Our room was stuffy with a musty odor. The AC did not work, we were hot all night despite having it set to 66. The carpet in the room felt damp under my feet as well. We were startled awake by an obnoxious knock at the door by housekeeping. I thought it was the police for a minute. Overall we did not enjoy our stay and would definitely stay someplace else in the future. As an aside, I see the same room is $37 tonight as opposed to the $168 I paid. There is no way they only had “5 rooms left” like it said when I booked.
