Welcome to Waterfront @ Ryedale House - A high quality 1 bedroom apartment with a dramatic riverside setting.

Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York's historic core beside the River Foss. The building benefits from secure allocated parking for one car. Waterfront sits on the 2nd floor and offers a superb view over river.

Upon entering the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area for the first time you will be immediately struck by the amazing amount of natural light coming into the apartment from the floor to ceiling windows along with enjoying the wonderful river view. The property occupies a corner position on the building which aids this.

The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout.

The dining area can seat 4 for dinner and backs onto the stylish living area with comfortable seating and large LCD TV. There is also a high quality sofa bed that can accommodate the occasional extra guest. The high quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating.

The master bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table.The bedroom also benefits from having USB sockets near the bed and high quality carpet.

The property was great. Clean and well appointed. The location was very accessible and nice to be next to the river. We would recommend the accommodation for anyone.

Very corporate housing, much smaller than depicted in photos, difficult to find since no street address given.. underfloor heating runs all the time so apartment very hot and no adequate window coverings on direct western side. Wouldn’t bother with this one again.

Arrived at the location, the building is between hampton and travelodge not next to the holiday inn. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. The whole property is clean, from the entrance to the room. The apartment was easy to find and when we got in, we were suprised to see how beautiful the apartment was. Parking could be a bit easier, with better bay signage, but a very secure parking lot with electric gate. Residents who live in the building were friendly. Location was a 5 minute walk to the city centre and the shambles. Convenience stores are also.located in a short distance. In whole a fab stay and will definitely stay again.

The place is very nice About the only issue we had was the extremely small bathroom sink and the fact that the mirror is not above the sink. Makes it difficult to shave or wash your face. Looking at the book on the dining table all the apartments in the building are like this. Other than that a fantastic Apt in a great Location. Very clean.

Great place & location!
Perfect place and location. The apartment was very clean and lovely set out. It perfect for two people. Lovely view over the canal. So easy to get in and out of apartment and gate for car. But all secure too. Felt very safe here as we not done this before, Alway done hotels. You have your own privacy here and come and go as you like. Great location. Just over the bridge and your in the heart of the city. So near to everything. We also drive to places for day trips which again near by like Scarborough etc. and it nice to know to come Back and you have a car park space. So no worries at all. Definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
