The food at the first day wasn't ready on time, the housekeeping was awful, don't clean at all, we need to reminded, the pool not clean, no gym, was terrible.

The location was convenient for my trip, and the area is fairly quiet. There are plenty of good restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was very good for a hotel. The only issues i had were definitely maintenance related. The toilet in my room did not function properly, i had to remove the lid to make the tank fill. The carpet was so worn that the tack strip kept poking my feet. (Nails that hold the carpet in place) There was no ice machine on the third floor. The fitness area was apparently closed for remodeling. I was not informed of this beforehand. All said and done, it was fine. But honestly, if i wanted a poorly maintained hotel i could have spent less. I expected more from a holiday inn.

We stayed for two nights the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious a great selection of food that actually tasted really good. We really enjoyed the area. We actually came to go to Hershey Park but all of the hotels closer to Hershey were so expensive. This hotel was a great price and so close to so many shops, dining and gas stations. Our beds were very comfortable. The rooms seem a little on the older side but overall a great stay and would stay here again.

It was good, however the carpet was damaged, and dirty and left the room smelling a little musky. The water in the shower never really got hot so we were forced to take super quick showers. The breakfast was great and my kids enjoyed the pool. The location is also great.

My stay was less than average. I booked a Jacuzzi room for a relaxing evening stay. The room was clean and perfect for my stay but the air conditioner was broken. So I had to call the desk around 10 pm and request another jacuzzi room. The staff was pleasant but all they could offer me was a handicapped room with a much smaller whirlpool tub. The room smelled funny and the blow dryer was taken out of the room. Definitely less than I had planned for my relaxing little get away.
