Got up to no hot water in the shower. Maintenance then broke a pipe - soaking many of our things. They gave us quarters to use the clothes dryer. We had to move ourselves to another room only to find that the TV did not work. Won’t use them again. No comfort at the Comfort Inn.
Overall horrible experience at this property. Is there anyone managing it. Rodents. Tv connection issues. Internet Issues. Breakfast overcooked or undercooked. Hallways smell damp and smokey. Air quality is non existent. This place shockingly has a general manager and office manager and you wouldn't be able to tell base on the state of the hotel. A.c or Heat what is that here at this property. This place just remodeled and is steadily going down hill.

Room was big. Nice breakfast buffet too.
My only complaint was that there was no blow dryer in the room. I called and the front desk said they’d bring me one but, they never did. Overall, a nice place to stay.
They clean your room only after a three day stay. Could not get coffee. The night desk manager was rude and not willingly helpful. The building smelled like an old smoking building. You would think it would be a cheap room but it was not.
For a remodeled hotel, its already going down hill. Is there any management here?
Rodents. Cable issues. Breakfast is never cooked properly. Gym is out of order. Lighting in the parking lot is dark and causes a sense of being unsafe considering I've come across a homeless individual in the bushes. Multiple issues with this property and things being out of order or not working properly.
I encountered two front desk staff who were lacking a front desk attitude considering they didn't want to get up and help me as a guest when I asked for towels or wash rags I believe names are Tim & Sam. On my last day I interacted with Gopi who had a smile and was welcoming and another gentlemen who at the front desk part time who was also quick to communicate and offer assistance.
