They clean your room only after a three day stay. Could not get coffee. The night desk manager was rude and not willingly helpful. The building smelled like an old smoking building. You would think it would be a cheap room but it was not.

I wouldn't stay again
For a remodeled hotel, its already going down hill. Is there any management here? Rodents. Cable issues. Breakfast is never cooked properly. Gym is out of order. Lighting in the parking lot is dark and causes a sense of being unsafe considering I've come across a homeless individual in the bushes. Multiple issues with this property and things being out of order or not working properly. I encountered two front desk staff who were lacking a front desk attitude considering they didn't want to get up and help me as a guest when I asked for towels or wash rags I believe names are Tim & Sam. On my last day I interacted with Gopi who had a smile and was welcoming and another gentlemen who at the front desk part time who was also quick to communicate and offer assistance.

Very nice hotel. Easy accessibility. Large breakfast area. Requested shower chair and received a chair that looked like someone used it to stand on, The seat had shoe prints on it and the front legs had no rubber feet, so when sat in front legs dug into the shower floor. Also the desk lamp's bulb was burnt out

When we arrived very late and entered our room, we got ready for bed. I noticed there was no ironing board. Then the extra pillows on the bed were covered in. I don't know what make up dirt something. The bathroom shower bottom was filthy. There was a dripping substance that was yellow, and had hair in it above the sink. The message on the phone would not go off. It was sticky substances on the TV. I told the front desk about it and she said she would have our room cleaned immediately Upon returning from our convention The sheets seem to have been changed the floors not vacuumed. The shower, not cleaned no extra toilet paper don't clean towels. The yellow substance was still above the ledge. The sticky substance on the TV was still there infected everything, but did not have any cleaner the side door in which we used locked and we could not get it open. I told Front desk and they were to contact maintenance. It was not fixed. Most of the outside was OK but the building needed to be cleaned. The breakfast was awful. We could not eat it for the three days we were there. It looked like it had been boiled at least the protein. The eggs were very, very dry, and they had sausage links floating in water in a crock pot. Overall, it was not a good experience

The suite had a broken thermostat that didn't even have a cover on it. The comforter on the bed had stains on it and the floors were dirty. They did not have another suite available so we ended up leaving and finding a different hotel.
