Central townhouse is a large 4 bedroom residential property that can sleep 10 across 4 bedrooms, with a sofa bed in the lounge, linen on request charge of £20.00.

You will have access to the whole house and your own set of keys to come and go as you please.
The property boasts an impressive dining room area with seating for 10. A separate living room area with a Smart TV and French windows that open onto a manicured garden with outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue.

The expansive kitchen has everything needed for entertaining with all modern amenities. Off the kitchen is the Utility space with downstairs WC, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs, the main bathroom contains a large walk-in rain-shower with separate double-ended bath tub, lavatory and sink.

Both the first, second and third bedrooms have zip-and-link super king beds. (These can be split into two singles upon request with notice.)

The Fourth bedroom is a double bed.

Parking is available for two large 3 medium cars on the driveway. Please note, there is no on street parking.

We welcome well-behaved pets.

Central Townhouse York
Stunning 4 bedroom Townhouse, centrally located for cafes, restaurants and sightseeing. Towels and bedding were provided along with tea, coffee and sugar. The only thing I would say is that we couldn't let the dog off the leash in the back garden due to 2 missing fence panels. Would happily stay here again.
