It just doesn't get any better than this! This spacious Victorian house can be your fabulous vacation destination. The expansive wrap around porch, breath taking views of the bay, four baths and five bedrooms was renovated in 2019 and waiting for you. The spacious kitchen allows for easy meal preparation and is a favorite gathering spot. There is plenty of space to share times with friends and family or find a quiet corner to read a book or take a nap. Enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour inside or out, any time of year. The observation tower on the top story will be ready in the spring of 2024.
It is a comfortable walking distance to Short Sands beach, the Nubble Lighthouse, Dunn's Ice Cream and local attractions and restaurants in the summer. We allow up to two dogs, no more so don’t ask (no cats due to allergies); one occupant must be 25 years or older and provide proof of age. This property does not allow large gatherings for parties or events.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Short Sands Beach. A spa tub is available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a kitchen in the vacation home.

Plenty of room for all 9 of us, every possible thing you would need is there, gorgeous view
Perfect location for our winter Xmas get away with gorgeous views, plenty of space and everything there that you need. Comfy for adults , kids and oh yes the dogs loved it too.

Perfect Thanksgiving location
We loved the house. There was plenty of room for our entire family, 5 adults and two kiddos. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking Thanksgiving dinner, and other meals over the weekend. We appreciated bedrooms for everyone and the kids enjoyed the TV in the basement. It’s a great, comfortable and convenient house. We loved being close to Nubble Lighthouse.

Great house!
My family (9 adults) stayed here for two nights in early October. We brought our two dogs and loved it. The location and the views are amazing. It's a short walk to the beach and the cute downtown area. Thanks for a great weekend!

My extended family rented for a family wedding weekend and we were not disappointed. The house was beautiful, clean and the porch overlooks the ocean for a breathtaking view. A Wonderful Week
It is impossible to exaggerate how magnificent this house is. It is beautiful inside with a modern kitchen, hardwood floors, and plenty of bedrooms for our family group of 10. The wrap-around porch is the clincher offering panoramic views of the ocean. The house is also a short walk from the beach, restaurants, an arcade, and even a psychic, which our grandkids loved. I can’t imagine a better house and location for a vacation.

Christmas at the York House
This property was actually better than it appeared in the pictures! The view and proximity to the ocean were wonderful, and the large downstairs playroom area for the cousins to enjoy each other’s company was an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to cook together. It made for a great accommodation for our family to gather for Christmas. And a gift from the host was totally unexpected!!

GREAT Retreat!
We found this home to be a wonderful place for our quarterly retreat of friends/co-workers. We cooked up a storm of curries in the kitchen together, did 5 jigsaw puzzles at the dining room table, watched the rain and wind on the ocean from the comfort of this warm house and slept like babies! Wonderful home for a family gathering!
We loved our stay here! The home was beautiful in a wonderful location with amazing views. It was the most fully equipped property we've ever stay at; it had everything from lobster pots to kites. We had a very enjoyable stay in York (our home away from home) The house was lovely and comfortable with an amazing view of the ocean! A mix of modern amenities while keeping with the historic value of this home was perfect. Leisurely walks to Short Sands beach with our dog was a highlight of our trip. This is our second time coming to stay at Anita's beautiful house by the sea for a small family reunion. The location is on a cliff over looking the sea with a fabulous porch to sit on to watch the waves. Just a short walk to town and to the nearby light house makes this neighborhood ideal. Communication was great and almost every room has a view of the ocean. The kitchen is awesome to cook in and a long dinning table made it easy to have fun evening dinners together as well as hang out with our early morning coffee. We will definitely be back.

Amazing house, great views and very walkable
We stayed at this property for a week and couldn't have enjoyed it more. An older house that has had some incredible renovation work done that adds to the great views from the porch area. Communication with the host was great as well. We really enjoyed the easy walk to Nubble Light, Short Sands, and Long Sands as well.

Beautiful House and Stunning Views!
My family and enjoyed our stay at Concord Manor. Anita was very easy to work with and answered our questions quickly! The house was comfortable for our group of 8, and we over packed basic kitchen supplies because the house was stocked! Our only suggestion would be some accessibility grab bars in the showers. We would love to return to the area and this beautiful house!
