まず、フロントにゴキブリがウロチョロ出て清潔感全くない。 15Fのフロアは今は使われてなくてコインランドリー付近にもゴキブリが何匹もいた。 朝食夕食付きだが食べたいと思えない部屋も古い上にホコリっぽくお風呂のお湯や水の調整が難しい。 こんな清潔感ないホテル初めて泊まったもう②度と泊まらない。

食事付きでこの値段は安いと思います。 大浴場があるとのことでしたが人手不足で手が回らず、部屋のものを使用してくださいとのことでした。チェックインも人がおらず、結構時間がかかりました。Wi-Fiが部屋にはありません。寝心地は良かったです。

大浴場の休止は残念でした。昨今の燃料費高騰、人手不足を考えると英断かと思います。無理に大浴場利用を再開してサービス低下してしまっては意味ないですし。夕食、朝食の無料はありがたかったです‼️近くに手頃なカフェがなかったので、大変助かりました。

Dirty dirty dirty!!! Carpet dusty, curtain dusty, full of dust… someone else’s hair in the bathroom. Moreover!!!! Bugs in the bed!! My body was bitten by unknown unseen bugs. I escaped early in the morning!!!! Please improve your cleaning condition!
