This property's pool is open daily from 9 AM to 6PM (last entry 5 PM) and 7-9 PM (last entry 8 PM). Children ages 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Only guests ages 20 and older are allowed for 7-9 PM session. Starting April 1, 2024, the optional pool fee varies from 500 to 4000 JPY per person, per pool session. The listed optional pool fee applies to guest ages 16 and older for access to the pool. Pool session times vary per season.

Wonderful experience staying here. Paid for a room with a view of the bay and could not have been happier with it. Got a great view of the amusement park and the famous Ferris wheel. Had a lot of dining options available either in the hotel or the connected mall area. If nothing around there sounded good, it was a brief walk to several terrific restaurants or to the train station to get around the city. Will definitely be staying here again on a return trip. We used the laundry service and it was also excellent and quick.

I've stayed at a variety of hotels, including many high end ones. The Yokohama Bay Hotel was The Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Just a wonderful room, plenty of amenities in the room, and an excellent breakfast buffet.

Loved this hotel, we chose this instead of being right inside tokyo and we are so glad we did! Loved the view of the ferris wheel, walkable to restaurants, shopping and train station. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Also the room was so spacious after staying in tiny hotel rooms!

The hotel was situated within a mall with plenty of shopping and some dinning options. The hotel itself had 4 restaurants but we were only there for 1 night so didn't get to sample any. Our room had a balcony that looked out over the harbour and the Ferris wheel.

An amazing hotel, affordable, elegant and fantastic views of the bay. So convenient, this hotel is connected to a beautiful shopping mall with direct access to the train station, restaurants and cafes. Walkable to everything and very safe. We will stay here again! .

No self service laundry. Older hotel. Has excellent location. Ideal for short stay in Yokohama, especially if you include breakfast. First impression was not good. Staff misrepresented my reservation and then was turned away from lounge for breakfast and sent to lower floor dining even though my room included lounge access breakfast. Day 2 and onward the treatment improved. I think staff realized what package I had purchased and then was given excellent service. This manage all been due to a language barrier. I might not stay here in the future (intend to cancel my reservation for next month) due to my needs, but others may find this hotel is perfect for their stay.

Waterfront Vistas
Very western style hotel, beautiful elevators, well maintained and clean. Outstanding feature is view of the waterfront from our "executive twin" room. We stayed there the night before boarding a cruise.
