First time in Japan in fourteen years and this establishment was recommended to me. I would heartily second this recommendation. Rooms are small but clean—you are allowed to choose a cleaning schedule although a full cleaning is mandated every three days. I would definitely recommend the included breakfast option as the buffet is generous, stocked with many options, and attended by amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Friendly and helpful is how I would characterize all of my interactions here. The hotel also has laundry facilities (get someone or an app to translate the instructions), though no irons in the rooms. (There is laundry service and apparently irons can be rented.) There are plenty of other free amenities available in the lobby, however. Drawbacks are few—the English language TV information was scanty and the noise of trains from the nearby JR station could bother some people. The flip side is that the location is incredibly convenient for travel, shopping, and dining. Great experience!

This hotel is not too far from the main attractions, between 20 minutes from Shibuya and 40 to Akihabara, but it was worth the price, the breakfast and service. You are also really close to Yokohama and the Haneda airport.
