Convenient to airport, helpful staff, and good restaurant. Great place to recuperate from jet-lag. There's even a hot bath. Japanese quality place. Cool warehouse theme also.

The staff was extremely friendly. They do have an onsite restaurant that closes around 8pm I believe. They do have a washer & I believe a drying machine. There are vending machines & water & ice machines available. There is also a cafe open in the morning. My favorite part about staying here was the transportation they provided from the airport to the hotel, hotel to a metro Station, then rue metro station back to the hotel. There is also a 7-11 nearby

We stayed for one night here after our flight from San Francisco. The area is very quiet and the hotel offers a free shuttle from Haneda Airport, and vice versa. Very clean!

I loved the free shuttle thing and actually that's why I picked this hotel over others. I also loved the cleanliness and the nearby 7-11 shop. I loved everyone's smiles and assistance whenever I needed help. I enjoyed the organic coffee in the room too very much. The hot bath relieved fatigue from my long journey. Thank you for everything!

Overall good experience, only down fall is the nearest train station is a 15-20 minute walk. However, they do offer free shuttle services to HND airport and Kawasaki station which is a plus.
