Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious, with a comfortable couch and very clean accommodations. The amenities were impressive, featuring thoughtful touches like an eye mask, foot mask, cleansing and moisturizing sample packs, slippers, and toothbrushes. The pajamas were especially soft and comfortable. The service was excellent; the staff were kind and helpful, even with our limited Japanese. They assisted us with shipping our luggage and contacted our hotel in Kyoto to inform them about the delivery, which was a great help. The location was convenient, close to the station and key sightseeing spots. Each time we entered the hotel, it was quiet, clean, and had a pleasant scent. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Service from all at the front desk are very helpful. Location is great. It is very close to train station and a lot of sites in short walking distance. Our room is very comfortable and quiet. I would stay here again.
