The things we liked best. The hotel was easy to get to. From Haneda it was a 30 minute bus ride to the hotel in the Shin Yokohama Station. Our room had a nice view, quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet was good besides attached the Cubic Plaza had all kinds of good resturants and shopping. The hotel gave us a discount that was beneficial. All in all we feel lucky to have start our trip there and we left from there.

Very convenient being at the train and subway station with so many food options and even has a multistory multi-item store! Great views being on the 10th floor, quiet with comfy beds, and very secure.

Mold or fungus growing in the shower clearly the people cleaning are too short to see this but it’s terrible and lots of sickly Chinese people around I wouldn’t have come to Yokohama at all if I knew ahead about the sick culture there avoid this city despite what Japanese people will tell you stick to Tokyo and Osaka if your coming for vacation.

Very difficult to find. There is no sign from station to show where to go and how to get to hotel until you find the elevator. Hotel itself has good views of town and clean. Pretty much your standard hotel. No frills. The checkin policy was stingy. and poor.

Although it was hard for our driver to find exactly where to let us off to get to this hotel once we got there and got to the room, three hours later, it was very nice indeed. It was very disappointing to be put on the only floor that did not have an ice machine when I had to ice my knee every night. The employees tried very hard to help us in any way they could and spent extra time to make sure we got what we needed.
