Internal access from the single lock up garage will lead you into a very well equipped kitchen, dining and open plan comfortable living area with a large TV. Double sliding doors will lead to a small outdoor seating/eating area and barbeque.

The master bedroom, 2nd bedroom and bathroom are up stairs with a private balcony off the master suite.

Downstairs, you will find a separate, second toilet.

This unit is decent but not stunning. It was quite unclean when we arrived, you can't park outside the unit, as it would block others and our ute didn't fit in carport. The pictures indicate the beach is right out back, which it's not and can't be seen or appreciated unless you take the 5min walk and it is lovely. If you have any mobility issues, you won't be able to get into the spa/bath/shower as it's so high and there's no step. The bedroom AC cycled on and off all night every minute which was annoying. There was plenty of dish washing & washing machine sachets, which was greatly appreciated and the cupboards are well stocked with pots, pans and utensils for self contained living. Overall, for the price, we were a little underwhelmed and won't stay again.
