The carpet was soo dirty, bedsheets not too clean, as in now offwhite its off-putting to lay in. The room was cold in the beginning but they gave me an additional blanket when i asked

We arrived and no one is manning the front desk. We waited for over 15 minutes until a couple of staff came. They clearly came from there break. No apologies, just a smirk on her face. She checked me in, gave me a key card. She was rummaging the storage under the ledge to search for a sleeve for the key cards which I interrupted after frantically searching for that keycard sleeve. I told her, it’s not necessary for me. You can hand me the cards. When we went to our room #315, it is the DIRTIEST room I’ve ever been. Sofa cushion has food residue. Just filthy. I phoned front desk “her” to ask for extra bed sheets and beddings for the sofa bed and in her uninteresting voice told me “you can go here at front to pick it up”. I was like, “W..T...F” Because I was so tired and just wanted to rest, i went down. Again, both of them were just staring on seems to be their phones. Never again on this filthy hotel

It’s really a shame but this place is in poor condition: many scrapes and dents in the walls, heater wasn’t working and we were cold all night; refrigerator made a ringing noise and the only solution was to unplug it; the carpet is REALLY old and dirty. The front desk staff were not friendly and did the minimum in helping to make the stay better. The only redeeming thing is the bathroom, it’s clean.
