Although it is not the most luxurious and well-equipped hotel in town, you will feel cozy and warm inside. The internet is super fast. You log in to the internet through the TV, what an advanced technological arrangement. The restaurant is on 10/F, where you'll take your breakfast. The outlook is spectacular. In 6-minute walk, you'll get to the 24-hour Maxvalu Supermarket. So convenient. Another plus: there is mini bus just outside the entrance directly to Aso KMJ Airport.

Pretty basic hotel. There was nothing wrong with the room, other than it could use an update. The carpets are worn and stained. The bathroom could use a deep cleaning. The room was small but typical of inexpensive Japanese hotels. It had a nice breakfast and the staff did their best to be helpful.

フロントスタッフの方、清掃の方も良くして頂きました。 スタッフの方に関しては良かったのですが、食事をする所が無く困りました。 どこかで食事して帰ってこないとダメですね。 又親戚訪問の際にはゆっくりお邪魔したいと思います。

バスが結構あるので、移動には便利です。 ただ旅行客がフラッと入れそうな食事が出来る店がないので、その点不便でした。が近くにスーパーがあり、そこで調達は出来ました。 スタッフの方はとても良い感じで対応して頂きました。
