Filled with natural light, our space includes all the comforts you need to make your time away a breeze. A large open-plan living area with golf course views, a well-equipped kitchen, boat storage and home gym make this perfect for anyone looking to relax by the lake, with plenty to see and do nearby.

The Space:

-A master bedroom with king bed, walk-in robe, double vanity ensuite and 50-inch smart TV.

-Three bedrooms with queen beds and walk-in robes. Two bedrooms have a view of Lake Mulwala and one has a view of the Black Bull Golf Course.

-An upstairs lounge with double sofa bed and 65-inch smart TV. (Please note that there are no blinds to block out natural light in this area).

- A large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area that features two voids opening up to the second storey, proving an abundance of natural light. Living area has 75-inch smart TV.

-Large butlers pantry complete with microwave, air fryer, Delonghi fully automated espresso machine, kettle and toaster.

-Two bathrooms (one on each level). Both bathrooms contain a shower, and the upstairs bathroom also has a bath.

-Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

-Garage set up as home gym, with dumbbell set (2.5kg-32.5kg), incline/decline bench, barbells and weight plates, squat rack, all-in-one cable machine and spin bike.
