The garage provides drive-through access to the boat ramp and pontoon at the rear, making this a boat lover's dream home.

On the waterfront you will find your swimming pool and your very own private pontoon allowing you to moor your boat just outside your back door. Yamba getaway at Tecoma 3
Great week staying here. House was clean and location perfect, 5 mins drive to town and 1 min to tavern by boat. Property management great to deal with. Plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Great Home --- But
3 Tecoma is a great home to stay in. Has all the amenities one would expect. Luckily it was just the two of us staying as the front bedroom stunk so strongly of urine we had to close the door to it for the duration of our stay. It wasn't a problem for us but if a larger group had arranged to stay it would have been a real issue. Maybe a youngin had an accident but it should have been cleaned before we arrived. We would happily stay again so long as there was a guarantee of cleaning being done thoroughly.
