Had a great time staying one night at this place. Very helpful and friendly owner who also helped us get taxi to the bus station. Bonus: there are also free bikes you can rent to ride around the lake.
Thank you for the stay, it was amazing! We really enjoyed the room and the place, it was very convenient. The area is beautiful and very nice. We loved that we could use the bike, it was very enjoyable.
Arigato!
A convenient (if you are driving) safe and clean location. A nice area good for exploration of the Mt Fuji area. I think you need your own car to get here.

We went for one night. It was a great break from Tokyo hustle. My family of 5 comfortably stayed in two rooms. The host was super friendly, made us breakfast based on our preferences. It was tranquil and quiet. Amazing view of MT FUJI just 5 mins up the street.

Peaceful stay away from cities
Cosy/homely and very clean place but not modern. A countryside feel. The first day we could not see Mt Fuji but we were lucky that we had non-cloudy clear days subsequently. Con: It was tiring dragging luggage for 15min to the hotel and google maps helped. There is no path so you share with cars. There was a small part of the walk where you hoped the van or bus or truck stayed in their lane. Please consider offering subsidized or free transport to and from the bus stop. However you could catch a 3000 yen taxi from the station. Pro: i loved the small public baths because you lock the door to enjoy in privacy. Because there’s not many guests you can book an hour time slot in the jacuzzi in the evening and keep going with the 24/7 bath next door. Or stay in the jacuzzi if no one books after. The streaming of shows and movies in the theater room is a bonus. Washing and dryer facilities too. The Izakaya is an excellent dinner option - absolutely delicious. There’s also a curry house which a bit more of a walk away but worthwhile walking to - limited English. Finally the owner was kind and all smiles. Thank you for offering guests this unique experience in a beautiful part of the work. It would be nicer though if he can offer to chat about the tourist attractions in English.
We wish we could've stayed longer than one night. The futons in the traditional Japanese room were more comfortable than any bed we had in a hotel. The cafe was delicious; I'd recommend trying the matcha and chai lattes. The service was impeccable, and we are grateful that our host helped us schedule our return to Kyoto. Thank you! We sincerely hope to be back soon :)

Our room was comfortable and had a view of Mt. Fuji. The host was nice and helpful. We enjoyed breakfasts at the cafe on the main floor during our stay.
I was really happy with the room I got. The owner was incredibly kind and was always available whenever I had any questions. Also there was a lovely view of Mt. Fuji from my room!
