Casa Rachel, situated in a quiet cul de sac with ample parking and fabulous open views of the sea, is only a 7 minute walk from the beautiful, child friendly Flamingo Beach with it's variety of restaurants and shops. Entering the south-facing garden you step into a private, peaceful haven with mature Canarian planting, an electrically and solar heated swimming pool with alfresco dining and lounge seating under the shade of the pergola which can be illuminated at night. There is a traditional barbeque and plenty of outdoor seating and sun loungers. The tranquil garden is not overlooked. The villa and gardens are on one level with no steps. The stylish open plan interior is accessed through French windows into modern kitchen, dining and sitting areas including satellite TV with BBC, ITV etc; DVD; hi-fi and a dresser full of books, toys and games. 2 double bedrooms have air conditioning and the 2 twin bedrooms have fans. There is a bathroom, a shower room and an en-suite shower room.
